  • This place is fun. They grind the beans and make the finished chocolate among other things like mole right there. The 60% was my favorite and I am currently indulging in a cup of cocoa made with this ...  more »
  • Chocolate link shop often seen walking along the Oaxaca City it is. Chocolate I bought souvenirs for delicious drinks, but personally I was rather unimpressive. We recommend buying from a sample.

  • I went to the famous business and found machines dirty where it is made the ground, so that carefully check the ingredients of packaged products, and all contain so much sugar that they must include lecithin from soy to counteract so harmful effect to health. Asked by one artisan, but as not bought them told me smiling, "Let's see if you find it"... and found it is called chocolateconalas and they are craft products...

  • One of the pins to go to Oaxaca is to buy Chocolate, with many combinations in preparation, in particular I like to not have so much sugar, to better appreciate the taste of cocoa. This time I could taste a new presentation, at least for me. Its Chocolate powder which buy a chilled Eskimo and as he had already walked pretty and very hot I knew glory, very refreshing and delicious. You can buy different presentations well packaged and different amounts, that occasion buy a promotion that also includes Black Mole. While in Oaxaca and if you like the Chocolate is a place that you should not miss!!
