  • It is a very rich chocolate, but you don't have the essence of Oaxaca, I tried best chocolate with the natives of the area and much more economical, but is a good option to visit and try different varieties, something that you should visit and think for yourself.

  • Comes with great enthusiasm to the matrix of this company (foreign indeed) and between the mills in which industrialized ingredients ran a huge cockroach, I did so that staff know me attending and only killed above the machine saying "it is nothing," as I went you to notify the Manager so followed grinding for another customer came. Grim.

  • I recommend grinding, is cheaper, and a unique flavor. Always clean and tidy. The friendly staff.

  • One of the pins to go to Oaxaca is to buy Chocolate, with many combinations in preparation, in particular I like to not have so much sugar, to better appreciate the taste of cocoa. This time I could taste a new presentation, at least for me. Its Chocolate powder which buy a chilled Eskimo and as he had already walked pretty and very hot I knew glory, very refreshing and delicious. You can buy different presentations well packaged and different amounts, that occasion buy a promotion that also includes Black Mole. While in Oaxaca and if you like the Chocolate is a place that you should not miss!!
