Visit Tarascas Fountain, a monument in celebration of the indigenous peoples of this Mexican region rich with culture. Take a walk around the towering fountain of maidens holding up their bounty, and at the same time appreciate the view of the historic aqueduct that runs nearby. The fountain serves the best location in the city for observing the aqueduct. Grab a seat on one of the many benches and people-watch as tourists and locals pass through. • Must-visit place, each time I visit my State. I love to sit in the Villalongin Park and watch this source in the distance and the source of the middle of this park, sitting on one of the benches in the shade of the trees, followed by a boleada to my shoes, as I find out the latest news in the local newspaper
