  • When I heard of the Park had great expectations and from the outside looked very good. Because entering I realized the deterioration, I always thought it would be like a park of Orlando, but really facilities leave much to be desired. It all starts with the purchase, offer moderately priced but already when entering you realize that it is almost a misleading offer, the entrance is almost only to visit and see. Everything pay you apart through a few bangles that they end up being more expensive than the own entry. But there is still more, in the end you say because I am here pay the more expensive cuff and new fault, the first level of the cuff gives you access to attractions type thrill, but the 2 times I've gone half of them is closed for maintenance or to abandonment and also has restricted schedule, I spoke then in customer service to return the money for the above and not interested, bad attitude or look at you and say "If you want to fill the book of complaints" (I guess that you thinking of equal or will see it), but not think about repayment of the cuff bought a few minutes earlier. But well, I'm going to the second level of the cuff, the access to the water park, surprise does not open until almost noon, i.e. you must wait between a merry-go-round another attraction of children, for more than 1 hour. Finally entering the area of the pool and not all slides open them at the start have to be hoping, finally this area is what is most worthwhile. But everything is very dirty and unkempt. Very few people in maintenance and cleaning, why so much garbage and dirty everywhere. In general, the conditions of the Park is much neglect, lack of maintenance and cleaning, poor care. It has good attractions for large and slides but to risk that something could go wrong. in this type of facility maintenance is key and there is much evidence of that. I think it has great potential but I think that the company offering the sponsorship does not strive. In prices are too expensive that it does not correspond with what they offer.

  • Apparently no one has been interested in servicing this park, it is a sloppy, dirty and dangerous. Toilets seems to not cleaned them for years but the worst thing is that there is a box for the control of electricity in the women's restroom (not is which is the correct name) but without cover, without any kind of protection something dangerous. The dirty and old, botargas snack at the party was a hamburger without joke and is amazing that you only take 1 small coca to adults and children alike, what bothers me because there are parents that if we are interested in the health of our children and we don't want that take refreshment. In a few words are desgraciando name / "Sesame Street" franchise, should rethink its business because it is something that no longer works. It is a pity that Monterrey does not have a good amusement park.

  • A park with very bad services, facilities in bad state and dirty, nothing to do with the promotion that they do online, personally is the worst Park I've ever been in the country. account with life resembling instead custodians spend bothering everyone, why can not jump, can not enter with your children at a meter deep pool if the water reaches the neck, that if you bring beach etc. as well as being very short old people that you cannot see that they have experience of how to act in an emergency. I recommend other activities that are of good quality and not throw your money at this place.

  • Great for kids... poor maintenance. Lots of atractions closed.
  • This park doesn´t deserve to exist. A true shame for Mexico and Monterrey. The games are old and dangerous moreover there are very few games and there is no maintenance done for a long time. It is only waiting untill this park will have it first injured or death people. The swimmingpool is very dirty, causing a serious health risk. The area provides very little shade, children are playing in the burning sun and there is little escape, putting them to serious risk of heat stroke or sunburn. The restaurants are dirty, sell incredibly bad and expensive food with very little offer (hotdog, pizza, hamburger) It was the worst hamburger of my life and the other things were not any better. There is no healthy food offer either but the worst of all is that they don´t even sell water, only sodas. This should be illegal in a city where the temperature rises for the bulk of the year over 30 degrees and in summer easily above 40 degrees. In any other country this park would be closed because it doesn´t meet the minimal standards. Furthermore the employees are generally teenagers that clearly didn´t get any training and are underpaid (they told us) Seriously the only people that should go there is a private or public inspection team to investigate everything that is wrong there. In a second step the park should be closed, renovated it or destroyed completely to builld something that would actually be an asset for the city and the people.
  • It's a small amusement park, inexpensive but full of surprises, specially for kids!!
  • 😉
  • Need an upgrade, old infrastructure..
