History Museum
At Mexican History Museum, learn about Mexican history through art. The museum offers several exhibitions, covering a large period, from ancient times through to the modern era. Learn about the lives and customs of the Maya and the Aztec Empires. Most of the information is displayed in Spanish, but you can ask for an English-speaking guide. If you can, go on a Thursday or Sunday, when you can enter the museum for free. Take the kids for a treat on the museum's walk-in train, where they can play. • I find this very good. I learn much history however I think maybe too much reading for one day idk maybe just me. Building is nice architecture.
  • Bilingual and a very good introduction to the history of mexico, learnt a lot. Good guest exhibits too. Skirted over the whole decimation of ancient cultures though, although maybe I missed that floor.
