Very interesting tour. You must wait for the Guide, to enjoy the experience to the fullest. A small detail: to pay the tickets, the cashier advises that photographs, nor with the cell phone, are not allowed unless you pay an extra fee of 25 pesos. That seems absurd. Better to increase the rate of entry into one or two weights, and avoided, and avoid the hassle of charging for something so normal in our days. Do not go with older adults or children in strollers; part of the route is through a tunnel of mine, around 500 metres. It is narrow, dark and damp, with a floor of dirt or loose gravel. They are uncomfortable and make the flow of people in the tunnel more slowly than normal. You can walk from the center of Real del Monte (around 900 metres, downhill). To return, to address the minibus which is right at the entrance of the Museum; It charged 10 pesos per person to take them back to the Center.

It is a place where you can learn more about the history of the mines and miners, knowing about it you can not understand so much injustice from the Spanish to the current Mexico, it is a must-see in Real del Monte

See the inside of a mine and imagine life hard for miners, is between painful and wonderful experience, the guide we had was very explicit and it made us feel a very living experience, we walked inside the mine up to the depth of 120 meters and bordering the mine of the difficulty, the tour guide was not explaining the hard life of the miners , from the colonial period until the day they closed this mine, the most exciting was when at the end of the tour, turned off the light and we were in a completely dark, indicating that in that darkness worked the miners only lit with the light of a candle. Impressive! the place I liked, since leaving you can enjoy the garden, the House, the visit although it short, worth much.
