  • 🌳 Such a beautiful and important park in the middle of the city, great place to walk around, jog, run, and appreciate nature. Entrance is free. 🚸 Lots of kid-friendly educational signs explaining the work that is done there and the importance of trees. ⚠ Beware of the squirrels, stand beside them for 5 seconds and they'll start climbing you! 😂
  • Great park to stroll through. Beautiful trees. Lots of locals organizations having meetings here- lots of martial arts, luchador training, and gymnastics meet ups. Nice escape from the city.
  • The air is cooler, cleaner, once you step it this park a ways. Think.of all the leaves on all of these trees cleaning the air.The quietness is calming. A lovely place in the middle of a busy, smoggy city.
  • Has the best basketball games with players of all ages and races. Also, very good running tracks and just good in general. Only a bit outdated facilities.
  • If you love nature and exercise together, this place could really help you. Varied nature, walking areas, and an active community that watches for this park have made it a place to release all stress. However, I wouldn't recommend to visit any park alone. You know reality overcomes fiction in this city, right? Despite this park is enclosed, entrance is free and it's as safe as any other park in the city (it means it's not).

Where to stay in Mexico City

Head straight to the trendy neighborhoods of Roma or La Condesa if you're looking for an artsy atmosphere--you can find design-conscious hostels and boutique hotels nestled among the many bars, restaurants, cafes, and galleries. For easy access to the city's most beautiful architecture, you can't beat staying in the historical center, although the neighborhood's UNESCO-listing means you'll only find smaller, old-fashioned options there. You can also indulge in a few luxury nights in the fancy Polanco district, or look for a more budget-friendly option in the popular Zona Rosa.
