  • It is a small museum but that relates perfectly since pre-Hispanic times so far the history and origin of the chocolate, which is really a must is to go on his chocolate factory where they have on sale different types of chocolates, bars and even beverages ideal for any chocoholic, if will try Lavender chocolate is incredibly delicious!

  • Bad, not worth, lasts 5 min and charge, a total theft. Not even the chocolates, you can get the same in other places and economic.

  • MUCHO is a must visit if you go to Mexico City. Chocolate is one of the 5 great gifts from Mexico to the world (tomatoes, corn, chile peppers and vanilla are the others). Most citizens of Mexico City do not even know this place exists! The museum itself is small with 6 rooms of exhibitions that include information on the history, manufacturing methods - ancient and new, production and consumption statistics, smelling stations, as well as photos and products. The tour is in Spanish but some of the exhibits have English translations. The lower level is a Choclateria (Chocolate shop) that features drinks and chocolates of various types, but you do not need to pay to go to the shop. The museum entry fee is 70 pesos (as of Feb 2016) and be very careful with parking in the area, you must pay at one of the payment meters everyday except Sunday.
  • I only visited the chocolate store, they have plenty options and some of them are strange like with chili or insects inside.
  • Incredible place. Can't believe the amount of chocolate they have. A "must" on visits to capital city.
  • Loved the museum, the chocolate and the overall learning experience. It is a must to bring friends and enjoy local flavors. The Chipotle chocolate is spicyyyyy!
