  • It is a well maintained Museum, with permanent and temporary exhibitions. I had the fortune to go there a parade of fashion and it was spectacular.

  • It's one of my favorite museums, they always have great and creative art work, including textiles as well. Great location, quiet place.
  • Very interesting to See the colonial Art collection he had. Beautiful Museum that completes the Puzzle of the Mexican history.
  • A collection of fine works of art spamming over 300 years! And a dam fine you at that. A must go for 50 peso. I was very surprised I went to 5 or 6 museo while in Mexico city. From painting, furniture, clothes and forged silver and gold. just go!

Where to stay in Mexico City

Head straight to the trendy neighborhoods of Roma or La Condesa if you're looking for an artsy atmosphere--you can find design-conscious hostels and boutique hotels nestled among the many bars, restaurants, cafes, and galleries. For easy access to the city's most beautiful architecture, you can't beat staying in the historical center, although the neighborhood's UNESCO-listing means you'll only find smaller, old-fashioned options there. You can also indulge in a few luxury nights in the fancy Polanco district, or look for a more budget-friendly option in the popular Zona Rosa.
