  • This museum I love. Has a collection exceptional and varied of crafts Mexican, and the parts exposed change constantly: although it visit repeated times, always there is something by discover. The Museology is good, each piece in the collection looks very well. In addition, the Museum is not excessively large (are several floors, but not in a relatively small area), so you can visit at a time when is rush (though you can spend the entire afternoon there). The crafts store has for sale very beautiful pieces of excellent invoice, although at a rather high cost. A few blocks away is the market of the Citadel, offering more affordable prices and a wide selection. Worth it penalty discover this Museum!

  • It is different from other Mexican museums, perhaps by having more participation of private or be more new, but it has an interesting, refreshing, light museography and that pays homage to Mexican folk art in a good way. It learns and entertains. Highly recommended.

  • Amazing place for locals and tourist. I came here with my wife and we loved this place, amazing exhibition and close to the handcraft market.
  • Popular Art Musem it's located one bolck from Alameda Central right across from "Metropolitan" venue, it's easily spoted as the entance is guarded by two giant, colorful alebrijes. The museum has permanent exhibits that will take your breath away. The toured guides are extraordinary and help visitors focus on the details of each piece. Make sure to allow yourself a couple of hours to visit this museum. Tip: There are several lunch options around the corner.
  • This is a deserved rating for this museum. A fantastic cross section of Mexican culture and art on display across numerous floors. That said, it's not that big and a couple of hours would be enough to be there. Colouful and sublimely intricate would some it up in 2 words...
  • Amazing museum showcasing the rich, folkloric crafts and traditions of this beautiful country, Mexico. Prepare to be blown away by the creativity of these people. Nice gift shop as well!
  • Great stuff inside and out. Loved the creature parade on the top balcony.
