  • I love the building. It is calm and oeaceful after the cacophony of the street vendors outside. I have come twice to this museum and always admire the Cuevas exhibits and permanent collection. However...  more »
  • This museum is definitely worth a stop on your way to the Cathedral and other large attractions. It is free admission, and the sculptures are magnificent. Not necessarily of interest to children - but...  more »

  • frequently overlooked GEM in the center. His "red room" is exquisite. Live events frequent.
  • Love the building itself, was not a huge fan of the art.
  • A tranquil respite from the chaos of the Zócalo just outside. Compelling drawings and watercolors; questionable sculpture. Only 10 pesos.
  • Calm and relaxing
  • Interesting space to get to know the work of this great artist of the 20th century. Advisable to wear comfortable clothes and handled in low-key given the historic area that is.
