  • Beautiful and traditional. Go early and take advantage of all the fantastic places. Eat or take your food to get a bench and have your picnic. Go to the lake, row and then rent a bicycle to enjoy nature. See the castle and have fun visiting the mirrors or just walk around enjoying the area with museums. You can also go to a theme park with a roller-coaster! This place has it all for a day of performing many activities, such as walking enjoying the sun whilst being tranquil and just thinking about the present moment. Street market to buy souvenirs and traditional snacks! Locals and foreigners enjoy it and all are friendly! What a magnificent place.
  • What a wonderful open space, the largest urban park in the western hemisphere. Fitting for a city with 24 million inhabitants. A zoo, multiple museums, a lake with a fountain and rentable small boats, vendors of all types dot the park in special locations, excellent signage maps all over keep you grounded. It's BIG.
  • Many interesting places to visit. Go early so you can visit all museums around it. Take pictures riding a horse and traditional Mexican outfit. Be careful when going to the Castle. Too much walking to get there. We were exhausted before reaching the top.
  • Excellent views of the city and Chapultepec park. It is quite a (gentle) hike though. You'd need to check in large back-packs at security downstairs (10 peso) and make sure you don't have food in your purses/packs that you do carry up. Descriptions are provided but mostly in Spanish so have a translation app ready if you don't know Spanish.
  • One of my favorite parks ever. Aside from the beautiful boost of nature, the park is home to a world class anthropology museum, a number of art museums, beautiful architecture, a few ruins, a lovely lake, and some fantastic Pokemon catching;)... Be sure to give yourself plenty of time here!
