  • Although the Museum is a small, approximately one hour you can familiarize yourself with the milestones of the history of the city. Informative.

  • When you are in the neighborhood- take the time to do a quick visit here to catch up on info about the city and some of its notables.
  • It is a very well documented, interactive museum and accessible understanding to young children, have voices recorded in Spanish and maya that delight the visitors knowledge. Their lights and colors, as well as the various replica archaeological arouse the interest of visitors, much like the explanation of the dinosaurs.

  • Francisco Castro exhibit upstairs is incredible.
  • A beautiful Museum, all should attend an inauguration on the night, the balcony becomes a magical place between lights and quiet area, offering to those hours. From time to time has remarkable exhibitions. Missing broadcasting by the Government.

  • Love this Museum, in the plant low there are many things of the history of Yucatan, between relics e idols Maya, to costumes and utensils of the time of boom mestizo. There are models and pictures of how it was Merida before, there is a model of what was the "Castle of San Benito". Too many things in a small space restored for the building of post. On the second floor, and not least, there are exhibitions of Yucatecan artists and one that another temporary exhibition.
