    Incredible life changing stuff. I did a 10 day meditation retreat when 4 months pregnant. The day I left the retreat I found out my partner had cancer. The power of the meditation gave me the tools to protect me and my child whilst he went through treatment. We are all happy and healthy now and loving life. I can't wait to learn more and hope to do another retreat in France soon. Thank you.

    Wauw such a beautiful place, grounded in meditation and yoga. Beautiful people living with an open heart. I did the 49 days silent retreat here in January and that was an amazing experience. They also have shorter retreats like 3 days or 10 days. The meditation is based on self inquiry from Ramana Maharashi. I find that self inquiry is the most direct path to stillness. So yes these retreats and the yoga are beautiful gifts.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the 10 Day Silent Meditation Retreat. Peaceful and beautiful. I stayed in the dorm beds which were comfortable, and enjoyed the delicious vegan food meal plan very much. Highly recommended!
