Malecon, Mazatlan

(1,800 reviews on the web)
Landmark
Take a stroll along the 7 km (4.9 mile) Malecon, a water front esplanade that showcases the city's culture. Observe the day-to-day life of the locals, vintage American cars, and well-weathered hotels. Couples visit the seawall to take a romantic walk, and artists and philosophers can appreciate the area as well; people-watch is a prime activity. Be sure to bring plenty of water if you're wandering in the heat of the day; once the day winds down, consider grabbing a beer and finding a good spot to sit and watch the sunset. Malecon is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our custom trip planner, Mazatlan Edition.

  • The second Pier more big in Latin America, after the one in Rio de Janeiro. Here people will meet to make a party of Mazatlan. You can go jogging, cycling, swimming at the beach, climb to a paraglider, a boat ride, many restaurants for all tastes. The place is a party, lit, very clean, very safe, to go with family or friends. Impossible to miss the spectacular sunset.

  • Mazatlan is distinguished by its levee, if you're driving your car, not you can appreciate the beautiful that is, I invite you to the 6 am jogging or walking are 8 km of the Valentinos from the coat of arms of Sinaloa, really plenty of monuments such as the family, fisherman or monkeys bichis, to the continuity of life, wife Mazatlan, Pedro Infante , etc and if continuous and promotions like you fly to the promenade of Centennial and you can continue until the shuttles, continuous AV. Emilio Barragán and the March 21st street which is the street of the cfe, takes you to the square and the Cathedral and the market that is 2 blocks away, where you can enjoy a few juices , smoothies and chocomil, escamocha, or a rich breakfast full Panama restaurant or the restaurancitos which are excellent back of Cathedral or cutting travel and stay at the buffet of the lace on one side of the ferry. Über or trucks to the malecon service are excellent and come to collect your car. Dare to live it and your body you it appreciated. Alone or in company you will enjoy it.
