  • Spent a week for an "adults only" vacation last February. Rooms were nice and the service and all the staff were fantastic and took great care of us. The best beach of anyplace I have ever been with lots of fun activities and tours to take part in. Pools and bars were also fantastic. After seeing all the things that were geared toward little kids and the fun we had, we have just booked another week here and are bringing our 3 kids. Can't wait to get back there.
  • El Cid was a fun place to stay for my first trip to Mexico. We stayed for a week on the all-inclusive plan which definitely saved money, however, we were bored with the food and drinks by day 3. The poolside bar seemed to have the best food. The room was decent and the service was excellent. Not the nicest place in Mazatlan by far but would definitely stay here again.
  • Amazing service, fantastic views, great restaurants. All around incredible hotel
  • Ambiance fantastic ocean crashing waves if you sit out side, beautiful music if you sit inside.Great service
  • Incredible location and experience! Everyone was super friendly and the services were wonderful! We had all-inclusive bracelets as a gift and we had a wonderful time!
