Playa San Augustin, Huatulco
(4.4/5 based on 400+ reviews on the web)
Sheltered by rocky islands and cliffs, Playa San Augustin features fine, white sand, clear blue-green waters, and coral reefs that attract divers and snorkelers. The beach is nearly one mile (1.5 km) long and surrounded by colorful huts that support bars and restaurants. Rent snorkel equipment and a boat and head on to the reefs to explore the underwater life. The smell of fresh seafood and guacamole will likely lure you into one of the many palapa-style restaurants, where you can try authentic Mexican fare and cold cervezas. • If you go to huatulco and not visit this beach, you were simply not to Huatulco! It is paradise! Water has a few unique colors and the tranquility of it makes everything worthwhile. I recommend you go snorkelling, worth and the cost is good, if you want to eat there, the palapas have good gastronomic option. Thank you St. Augustine!
