  • Good museum if you are interested in modern art from the region. The building is attractive and there is a small baroque chapel.  more »

  • We were thoroughly impressed by the diversity of artwork on display from 3 contemporary Mexican artists from Oaxaca. Well worth the time.  more »

  • This place was a wonderful gem to stumble upon. From the more baroque realism in the first gallery to the twentieth century modernist works of Morado and further on to the current interpretations by fantastic artists; it can be breath taking.
  • Small museum but has some fantastic collections of art. Both the temporary and permanent exhibitions are worth seeing. It's easy to miss the location of this museum- as you're looking up at that big blue monastery/church from the alley-like street, it is the building to the left.
  • Great history!
  • Very nice building. It is a Museum without as much demand for what you can go quiet / good exhibitions, pleasant climate. Worse, no photographs can be taken. For permanent room if you would need more info. Very good mural in the chapel of the interior of the building.
