  • This is one of the inactive entrances to an active mine. There are stairs so you can go 60m below surface. Not adequate for claustrophobic people. There's a part in the tour when the lights are turned off to demonstrate how it was before mining technology. Very interesting place.
  • You get the chance to go 150 meters underground. The story about how people used to work there is amazing. Even people who are not sporty can take the tour without much trouble. It is a bit demanding going up though.
  • Interesting tour of the mine shaft. Going down the stairs is easy, going up is when the challenge begins.
  • Guide was super informative down to every detail possible both on the current status of mining in Guanajuato and it's mining history.
