  • Typical of most Mexican markets in terms of what it sells, but the scale is huge. Good for leather shoes and fabrics (check your import requirements on leather if you're from USA / Australia). Stallho...  more »
  • Something for everyone. From grocery, crafts, food, trinkets to import imitation items and cloned. Incredible prices excluding food. For a market, is very expensive. The advantage is that on one side there are other points to visit, including the centro joyero. I recommend that views comfortable shoes since there is much to explore.

  • A cultural experience, but not so much a shopping experience. Great for hats and leather goods. But very difficult to find your way around: A labyrinth! Amazing food corner/yard. Kitchenware in between meaningless souvenirs. Live birds. Disappointing concerning for example tequila or t-shirts.
  • Definetly is a most if you're here in Guadalajara. And old market with such a huge history, all the tipically souvenirs you would expect from a gorgeous city. If youre looking for something this is the place you need to search.
  • A must see for anyone visiting Guadalajara. You can start at the bottom and find most any kind of meat in the incredable number of butcher shops. Want a cow or sheep or goat head, they have it. Fresh fruit of every kind imaginable or fresh vegetables and herbs they have it. Clothes, shoes, saddles, hats, sombreros, electronics and every craft or works of art. Be prepared to haggle or you will pay a premium. I love this place.
  • This place is AMAZING, so much too see & buy. It's definitely a must see for anyone visiting this beautiful city.
  • Huge market, seeking all kinds of things from vegetables to dvds, fresh food and trinkets. Really worth a visit if you are in town.
