Punta Morena, Cozumel

(3.6/5 based on 220+ reviews on the web)
With calm Caribbean waves and a wide stretch of sand, Punta Morena remains a favorite choice for couples and families seeking a relaxing spot away from the rush of San Miguel. Grab a cocktail or your favorite beverage to cool down on hot day, sit back and enjoy the view of the water, or try out some of the food served up by the local vendors. If the current seem a bit too strong for swimming, you can walk around the area and look for a few memorable souvenirs. • Prices are too expensive, a small Tin soda costs $60 pesos and 40 pesos MX 500ml water I do not recommend it for anything, nor have credit card terminal, you would have to carry much cash because with these prices, the least you can spend if you're family are $1,000 MX in other places offer up to entries as free ceviche! nothing special, just sunbeds to the shore of the beach that has any place, and a pool that leaves much to be desired appearance, since the pool of children, dirty looks is not recommended the restaurant to go with children that makes them lack safety on stairs and signs. It is an abuse that is copper the Mexicans so overpriced, we want to improve tourism in Mexico and us ourselves truncamos wanting to exploit all the compatriots who arrive, they offer 45% discount to local (showing your voter card) but still so much money. NOT RECOMMENDED.
