  • This is what people call: a lighthouse. It has a light on top so boats won't run ashore. That's about it.
  • While to get, you have to pass some kilometers of road and roads of Earth, it is a place that worth a visit. You have surrounding sites to buy and be entertained, as well as bathrooms. Spiral ascent is not as long, but must be careful with the head because one can stick with the roof. However, when you reach the top you can see the most beautiful views of all Cozumel.

  • Been coming to Cozumel for years and finally stopped in here. Very pretty park with nice beaches. The light tower has tight spaces and a little of walk to the top, but not bad and definitely worth the...  read more »
  • This is a must see! If you're in Cozumel for a cruise, get a taxi and have them take you here. You can go to the lagoon, lighthouse and then towards the end of the road there is a great little restaurant on the beach! The taxi driver stayed with us the entire time (he stayed in the car), but only charged us a one-time fee per person. Well worth it!!!
  • This place is a treasure! I will never forget my day on Punta Sur!
  • We brought our own snorkeling gear, rented life jackets ($3usd), swam out to the was clear and beautiful! Gorgeous sandy beach! My children loved playing on the beach! One of my kids learned to snorkel! We had chairs, umbrellas, snack bar, etc all within a short walk. Husband and I had chicken and beef fajitas! Yum! Excellent day!
  • Great beautiful place. It's a little expensive for what it is (about 250 pesos Nov 2015). However, it has some of the best beaches and views in Cozumel. If you're renting a car to drive to the lighthouse do yourself a favor and get an off-roader, jeep preferably. The road to the lighthouse and other areas is not paved and in some sections it's very rough. The journey from the main highway to the actual lighthouse is short but is far more enjoyable in a jeep.
  • Absolutely worth the drive. Beaches are secluded and pristine. You will not regret spending the day here. Bring a lunch and hand out all day.
