  • The location is very nice but the dolphins seemed abused, as did the seals also. 'Rescued' or not, they very much gave the feeling of captivity. With the rip off prices they have for pictures you would think they would do an upkeep with their wooden floor boards. Walking on them I managed to get a nice splinter that needed to be cut out. Buffet food was very typical and uninspiring. Scenery and beach were very nice, though.
  • Such a great place to visit while vacationing in Cozumel! Place is clean and well organized (for the most part..) but be prepared to pay a lot of money for the pictures... i didn't buy them at the park because i was a little shocked when i heard the price .. but when i got home i decided to get them anyway.. contacted CS and had my pictures in a few days. .. and it was actually much cheaper :) the pictures were great quality too!
  • Enjoyed every moment of this experience x The sea lions performance was unreal too.. so funny x Just wish we had more time to explore the park.. Are time was limited as We we had to return to ship with our group before it docked ☹ I would recommend You allow a full day to enjoy this place properly x
  • Awesome time here! Took my wife and two daughters, ages 5 and 3. The facility was clean and laid out nicely. Did the dolphin encounter. Spent about 30-40 minutes in the water with the dolphin. Got to kiss, pet, wave and learn many interesting things about them. After the dolphin, we we're led to another area to get in the water with 3 manatees. This was unexpected and really cool. The guide fed them lettuce and fruit while we were watching in the water. I would wear flip flops or some other shoes to walk out to the water area. The wood decking takes a beating from the water and weather. Lots of splinters. Saw a very cool sea lion show as well. They take a bunch of photos. I read many reviews about the high prices of the pictures and how they hound you on purchasing them. We didn't feel like they were too pushy on it. My wife is a photographer so I know what pictures cost. Some of the pictures were not top quality. You can kind of tell them what you're looking to pay for the package. They will work with you if you're polite. We received a good deal. The website says when you book that a buffet lunch is provided with open bar. Food is good but the open bar part is wrong. They have pop, water and tea but you will have to pay for beer or mixed drinks. Sign said $2 for a can of beer when we were there but the bartender charged me $5 for 2. Overall pretty good time here.
  • My daughter and I enjoyed it. It was a great experience and the employees were wonderful. The photos they take are very nice and the park is a great place to spend the afternoon.

Where to stay in Cozumel

Most accommodations in Cozumel line the island's western shoreline, offering excellent beach access and the airport. Avenida Rafael E. Melgar provides the widest range of hotels and private rentals, with some of the more spacious and relaxed options sitting around 10 km (6.2 mi) south of the town center. Budget-conscious travelers should look to the main township, where a selection of smaller guesthouses and pensions can be found just a few streets back from the beach.
