  • We did the push, pull through our cruise and it was wonderful. The venue is beautiful. The dolphins and manatees were sooo cool. The only complaint and why I didn't give it 5 stars is the prices of pic...  read more »

  • My wife and I took a cruise to Cozumel and booked the Dolphin Discovery's Dolphin Royal Swim package. We were escorted from the dock to Chankanaab Park by van. Once we arrived, a short review and inst...  read more »
  • The experience swimming with dolphins, Sea Lions, and manatees was amazing. True joy on the face of my family. I would give it 100 stars if it weren't for this one thing!! You are not allowed to take photos to capture this amazing moment. They have photographers there. Problem is that they wanted to charge my family OVER $900 for the pictures. That is more than I paid for the actual experience!! They are willing to negotiate A LITTLE!! I would not have paid for it because even at the negotiated price it was $680 for just the disk. NO PRINTS!! My sister ended up paying for them because she didn't want to leave the memories behind. They are ripping people off and this should be the least of our concerns after an amazing experience. They aggravated us so much that it ruined the rest of our time at the park!!
  • Beware of the gift shop. Attempted to get a $100 from their ATM machine, nothing came out. Tried to get employee's to assist and of course no one spoke english. Finally found someone to interpret the receipt, which according to him read error no funds dispersed. When we got home we found $115 taken out of our account. Live and learn I guess.
  • We visited to this location last Tuesday. Did reservation over the phone and it was straight forward. Price includes buffet and dolphin ride. We had overall good time at this facility. Worth it. Only bad experience we had on ticket counter. Her name was Barbara and she was really rude and not courteous to our large group of 31 people. She was making process complicated not issuing bands fast. The lady helping her understood the situation and sorted out the situation very quickly.
  • Did manatee and sea lion today with family of four. Both were awesome an a experience to cherish...the actual event was awesome but at the end they really try to rip you off. You cannot take pictures and they try to sell you 1 picture for $40 or a cd of each event for $70 per person...2 events, mom dad and 2 daughters, totalled $560 for two cds! After I told the sales lady they were ripping people off and I wasn't buying it she offered it for $ I walked away she tried $180 for the 2 might not have been bad but the events themselves cost almost $500. They really screw you on the pictures and that ruined our day because now we only have memories...and of course none of this is told to you up front. Up to the picture hostage situation we loved it! Now that they tried to rape us over the pictures it ruined the rest of our day.
  • We had a great experience with the Dolphins I would other wise have given them 10 Stars. However part of having such a great experience with your family is the ability to take home a memory of it. In order to get a print of one picture you have to pay $40.00 per picture, yes you can bargain with them like your dealing with street panhandlers begging for money. After dealing with a so called manager were able to obtain our pictures and digital copies of our pictures at what we thought was a good price. Despite the fact that they showed us that our pictures were supposedly on the CD we purchased. when we got home we were unable to open all of the pictures then the CD had a bug and all the pictures disappeared. My Advice go enjoy the moments but dont expect to bring home any memory of it unless you want to spend a small fortune and god forbid you go in big group. The larger the group the more they want per person.
