  • The lagoons are parents! The place is super green and is very well preserved, but in my opinion is well dry, expected more than the place. We hired a guide who takes you to the lakes and the local food, its name is Mateo and is very friendly and helpful. To turn in the lagoons, it will need to pay the fee of 600 dollars if just two people and 1200 if van 6, the tour lasts an hour aprox. Is that this is a place to visit if you are traveling to Chiapas, but do not pass anything if you lose it, my taste can be omitted

  • Located approximately 2:30 hours of san Cristóbal of the houses and 1 hour of comitan, the nature reserve is very large so to discover several lakes it is you would need to take car or take a tour, if you're in your car, you can hire a guide which you can find them from the road, be uploaded to your car and will be with you throughout the tour and pay them you feel to enter the Park, you have to pay a fee of approx. 50 pesos and that allows you access to a few Lakes and for the rest of the Lakes you have to make another payment of approx. 40, this is why some Lakes controls them an ejido and other lakes another ejido. I recommend taking a tour rafting of logs in one of the Lakes, there is a lake which borders Guatemala, you can go there and cross to Guatemala freely to the shopping area, you do not require a passport.

  • This place makes border with Guatemala, swimming is a different experience since the water feels cold, here also begins the biosphere reserve of the blue mountains, very close to the Chinkultic ruins zon.
