  • My wife and I have gone to the island several times with friends. It is a pleasant walk and eat very rich on the island. The best experiences that have had have been traveling in the boat of Don Bebo, the Santa Maria and eating in the restaurant the lighthouse. Now, whenever we go, we ask to take us don't drink and eat at El Faro. Our favorite dishes are shaken fish, ceviche, and toast. The owner, Jorge Preciado and his family provide an excellent service, just like all the boys who work with them. The island is quite small, but there are interesting about spots. Sometimes there are little girls that give you a little tour and explain the history of the place. If you take the tour boat and ask that they return for you in 1.5-2 hours, you will have enough time to eat, explore the island, and have a pretty good time.
