  • Is a wonderful town, you have to go with adventurous mentality and take into account that you desconectaras the world, the truth is worth going on weekend and sleep there, it is possible that you can not get to the people with your car however there are transportation, clear according to the time at which you back , but since the entrance is spectacular. There are several places of accommodation but you must book with time since they are few, there are a variety of places to eat. I recommend wearing warm clothing as is a place quite cold. But that does not change the excellent experience of a magical town

  • In this village and excursions to the ruins of mining haciendas, station 14, the ghost town and search for peyote, it has a beautiful church La Purísima Concepción, a palenque, excellent restaurants and many hotels. There are horse rides and plenty of movies here were filmed. (The Bandidas, Mexican, etc.)

  • I do not know if the condition of the people is so long, but this time I played very badly. ⛪️ (in Guadalupe and San Francisco) main temples give pity, it shows that they have made them a restoration in years, to the Pantheon and some facades (the village has 3 blocks and not have been able to restore facades!). It gives the impression that if it continues, in a hurricane is going to fall at least the Church. During the October holidays is a hell, because the infinity of people who will leave their offerings gives San Francisco (which is normal), you have to add the lack of surveillance/security (not vi or a POLICE ❌❌), very awkward logistics to enter / bring to the people of the village, and the thousands of stalls that sell pure Chinese plastic/metal/fabrics (toys instead of crafts (, accessories, clothing, etc.) In the early morning as always, save it: the Inn of plenty and varied dining options, the 'new' Realbucks coffee (though serve carajillo with Brandy), hotels that although they are young have very good service and food, and incredible views. I hope the Government Municipal or State or all, invest to rescue this treasure of Mexico. Never... NEVER EVER GO IN SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER.

  • A very nice place
  • The road to reach here is very tough but it's good to experience.
  • Best place I've been to
  • Great time
  • Terrible experience when there is Patron Saint of the Church. There is no access to the village, only you can go walking or through a few carts of armadillos that take you through the tunnel. Terrible is the way how they treat animals these people who work there.
