  • Course is in incredible shape, greens run fast and true, traps are better than most. The pro shop is stocked well. But don't be fooled into thinking "all inclusive" golf means all included. So you fir...  more »
  • The Hotel is beautiful, has new rooms and great service. He is everything that we see in the pictures. Now, if you go with small children, it's worth just consider a few things: very difficult to feed the children. Especially thinking about all week. The dishes are too ' regional ' and in my opinion lacked a "corner" reserved for their food. My wife had to "Panning" to assemble a dish according to our culture. Even so, they had days that the output was hamburger and French fries. Despite the Resort have 4 or 5 restaurants, the vast majority only accepts reservations. And depending on the volume of guests, it's very difficult to get schedule (in spite of this, I recommend the ida in Japanese) in addition, one of them only accepts adults. If you want to visit some places "next" will need Taxi or some other means of transport. That's because in the Iberostar, unlike several other hotels, you cannot do anything on foot. Now, if that's OK go ahead!!! The Hotel has a swimming pool area reserved just for the little ones. In addition to Monitors and events geared toward the peewees.

  • Very good service, clean in general. Breakfast, lunch and dinner excellent. First drinks brands, all in glass vessels accordingly and not guys plastics as in other hotels that I host. The people of the Show Time great, both shows and activities.

  • I really had a nice round here. Some folks are golf snobs, I am not. I play local munis all the time so for me, this was a real treat. I have played two rounds in Cancun this week and I can't decide where I want to come back to, Riviera Cancun Golf Course or Iberostar Cancun...We saw some beautiful crocodiles on this course and definitely kept our distance. We took some pictures to show people but stayed about 30-40 feet away. I would advise you to do the same. We have since read many stories of people tempting the crocs and then get bit! But as far as the golf, the staff was very nice, the course and greens ran true. I would definitely come back here.
  • If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Coming to Cancun with friends two of us decided to bring our clubs and play a little golf. I booked a tee time two weeks in advance to make sure that we would be able to plan the rest of our days accordingly. The Pro Shop stated they would pick us up at our hotel and bring us back. On the morning of the tee time I called the Pro Shop to make sure the shuttle would be here and that everything was good to go. Keep in mind this is the morning of our outing before we left our hotel for our 20 minute ride to the course. On the way there it started to rain which wasn't a big deal as it was pretty humid. When we arrived at the course they unloaded our clubs and we stood waiting for the starter. He asked if we knew the condition of the course. This was the first time that anyone had even given us an idea that there was an issue. We asked what was wrong and the response we received was shocking... they airated the greens the day before. This type of process makes putting on a green impossible and the ball will never roll true. For a $140.00 usd a round course this is inexcusable. This process is scheduled weeks in advance and especially when we called the morning of they could have told us this. We told them that we didn't want to play and we would like to go back to the hotel. Keep in mind they provided us transportation to the course. They then tried to give us the round for 80.00 which was still to much. We explained that we would like to go back to the hotel. They said that they would call is a taxi to take us back. Then they told us that we would need to pay for the taxi back which was ridiculous. After all this was said and done and we returned to the hotel we looked into playing a different course the next morning. We ended up being able to play El Tinton which is the Cancun Country Club.. this course was amazing. A thousand times nicer than this course and get this... it was less expensive and they provided transportation to AND from the course. After this experience I would never play Iberostar's course even if the round was free.
  • Best resort experience I ever had. Customer service was impeccable! From the point we stepped foot into the resort we were greeted with drinks and snacks. Our bartenders had photographic memory and memorized all our group's likes and dislikes. The resort was also one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The FOOD is also amazing, my girl friend had to fight with me to stop eating!! Highly recommended for anyone going to Cancun!!!
  • Good service in an average course
  • Great course to play. Great service.
