  • You have to ignore the constant vendor begging but the beach itself is great!! Great location and swimmable for sure. A must see location!!  more »
  • Lovely beach with spectacular view of Lovers Beach. The ocean is rough so only good swimmers should go for a dip.  more »

  • Amazing
  • If you've read my review please don't forget to hit the thumbs up "like" button below. thx :-) A great and very popular beach. The water is swimmable and sections roped off for kids and family. Enjoy watching the ships and water activity. Lots of vendors - only buy from the ones that display permits. One down side if I have been personally approached 3 times by drug dealers selling weed and cocaine - be very aware and just walk away,
  • In A Nutshell: -Playa El Medano is an okay beach. -This is the main beach in Cabo that is fairly long, but narrow in size. -You can get the beach several ways, either by taking a taxi or Uber, walking from the marina or Pedregal or if you are staying in one of the hotels along the beach. -The view of the Sea of Cortez/Pacific Ocean are nice. -The view of the Arch & Lovers Beach is also very nice. -Make sure you wear sandals on the sand b/c it will burn your feet if you don't! -It's advisable to pay the $10 for an umbrella, which the person will stake into the ground for you in your desired chill spot. -The waves aren't strong, but the undertow can be powerful. Overall, this was a nice, average beach to chill on in Cabo.
