  • Good experience, but super frustrating. We took our entire family here, paid the price to swim with them. The trainer rushed through, though it was nice the baby was there as well. Kids had a lot of fun. The bait and switch at the end is what I hated. It was enough I wouldn't do this again here. The price to get just the photos would be $568. I have included the prices on this. In the end the staff were all fantastic and they ended up giving us the video and 3 posters after I said something. Again I had no problem with the staff. It is the huge cost of the photos after paying the huge amount to swim with them on top that frustrated me. Overall I would do it again, but I would strongly consider another method for the photos.
  • We booked the activity during our trip to Cabo. The experience of playing and swimming with dolphins was amazing. But the last part where you need your photos not so much. They would release the photos and videos to you for such a hefty price!!! And they think just because you come from US or Canada you have a ton of money and they should squeeze you anyway....This part got us really mad and disappointed. However, knowing everything in Mexico is negotiable, we negotiated the price and got what we wanted for 1/3 of the price. We could probably get it for 1/4th of the package price, but the shuttles were leaving and we had to go. So negotiate with them and get a deal. Cheers,
  • Okay experience. I think I expected more because of the price. It isn't cheap. However, the facility was nice, was well ran, clean, had a bar, coffee stand and gift shop. But I paid for my kid and I to swim with the dolphins and that didn't really happen. During the experience the trainer rushed everyone through their encounter, kept forgetting who had done what part already, and when it came time for my daughter to swim with the dolphin, the dolphin started to pull her under so they had her let go. That part is understandable since they are animals and unpredictable, but then my daughter never got a chance to swim with the dolphin? I was pretty disappointed. I didn't push it since at that point my daughter was a little scared but I would expect a professional trainer to recognize these situations and be prepared to encourage the guests. Also, the only option for having a photo of the experience is from their photographer, which is fine but there were only 3 photos and the video that I wanted... There was only 2 of us so there wasn't many photos. But they wouldn't let me just purchase individual photos, I was required to buy an entire 'package' for over $200... Just for those few photos.
  • Plenty of options to satisfy both the extreme adventurer and relax junkies alike. Food is provided when it states such, and the food is delicious, but some excursions have food later in the trip than others. Went on one that promoted complimentary breakfast, but it was served 3 - 3.5 hrs into the trip, so I suggest eating breakfast beforehand. This is really only on the ones with 2hr+ bus rides.
  • Only went on 1 snorkel trip while we were there. Guides were nice/friendly. We got one of the cheaper trips that I found online, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the quality of things. It wasn't bad, just super basic. There is nachos, ceviche, and drinks at the end of the trip (which seemed like a nice surprise), but the cheese was processed goo out of a can (which I'm actually okay with, but know most people wouldn't be), and the ceviche was not good. It was decent, all in all, but nothing to write home about.
