  • Beautiful island and beautiful beaches, loved it. We hired a local fisherman from the co op by the harbor in Loreto and paid 1,500.00 pesos plus gave him 500 pesos in tip. It was just me and my son in...  more »
  • The island is spectacular! Absolutely incredible! The boat trip is much enjoyed getting and to make the tour a little cheaper it can be hired at the Loreto marina by approximately $1,500 pesos for 4 hours. I recommend bringing a snack for the ride as well as boots to walk in the path that goes to the volcano. The beach is awesome, a beach of white sand and transparent water. A quite good place.

  • We visited the island with a Mexican fisherman named Antonio. We addressed it at the port and were able to save equivalent of 20 euros per person compared to the official tourist tours. He took a small down payment on the day before and awaited us on the day of the trip on time at the port. We went by boat to the island, stopped at the sea lions and had then time to enjoy the beautiful beach of the island. The beach is a truly heavenly place. The water is absolutely clear and shines in Turkish. On the way back to Loreto, our boat of dolphins was assisted a great experience! PS: I would recommend the tour to begin, since the beach about 11/12 pm will be really full of visitors no later than 9: 00. It leaves at 9, you can enjoy even the quiet Idyll.
