  • The ascent to the Hill is not nothing recommendable for children or older adults, is very tired, very steep and many stairs, shortly before and at the top there is a place with water. The view is very beautiful, the Chapel is closed virtually all year round with the exception of a few days in September (that told it us the seller of water). There's really nothing else to do in place (that take fabulous pictures of the landscape and admire the view). Much of the rise is recommended by car and then you will reach an area where only is on foot (steps, terraces and viewpoints). However, it is worth :)

  • Definitely a place to visit if in Atlixco. Bring comfortable tennis, the climb is long and heavy. View all Atlixco and unbeatable volcanoes in general (360°) reaching the top of the Hill you will find 4 viewpoints. There are toilets and at least one for people selling water, soft drinks, etc.

  • We walked from the Centre of Atlixco until the top of the Hill (Chapel), the best: the view. The worst: more than half of the road is single, ugly and dirty. Recommend climb half on auto and other walking, the Chapel is usually closed.
