Bras d'Eau Public Beach, Poste Lafayette

(35 reviews on the web)
Great waves and windy days make Bras d'Eau Public Beach a prime spot for parasailing, as well as a relaxing place to spend some time on your holiday. The beach's clear blue water is mostly for looking at, as the rocky floor and coral reefs make swimming unadvisable. Because of this, you'll likely find a quiet spot all to yourself, where you can take in the scenic views and peaceful moments to your heart's content. Bring along some food to enjoy in the designated picnic area and watch the parasailers out on the water.
