  • Very nice course, very well maintained, departures with the feeling that the green is in the lagoon, Palm trees. The staff is charming and very helpful!

  • Pictures of the review written by me. Hotel Resort, beach, rooms. A very nice resort with need to modernize. This was started in 2016.

  • We stay at Dinarobin also for us the GF is free... Excellent course, very well maintained but attention to water and the slopes of the greens... False ease! On hole 6 "hole in one" to win an Omega sea master chrono notice watch enthusiasts! Our advice take shopping carts (trolleys) in order to better enjoy the scenery that with a golf cart 500 MRU per trolley attentive staff will return us ✌️✌✌

  • World class. Stunning rooms, awesome food & great service.
  • Great place, good service, gorgeous tropical beach. Food is OK, but not a lot of choice especially for vegetarians/vegan
  • Hotel Manager BANNED us from coming to their hotel after we've bought non-refundable £1,600 air tickets to Mauritius and reserved a room at Paradis (refund of £450 down payment pending) to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary due to my negative review of our previous stay on TripAdvisor!!! Hotel pros: 1) Best beach on the island for swimming and very scenic location 2) Big shady territory 3) Free water sports 4) Rather expensively and pretty designed reception, restaurant and bar areas Cons: 1) We've been sold a Jr Suite by Beachcomber Tours UK as a "newly fully renovated room with brand new furniture and furnishings - not just refreshing touches". Our Suite was smelly, musty with mold, ants, old furniture, stained upholstery. I've called the reception straight away and all they did was sent somebody to spray the room with horribly smelling air freshener - that was it! 2) I do not understand how people say that Paradis has great food. To us it was almost always TERRIBLE. In the main restaurant Brabant at breakfast there's no smoked salmon, for instance, only marlin, which is very bad for health. The quality of hams/sausages is very bad. Tomatoes with baked cheese and herbs that I love in other hotels are plain disgusting: they smell and taste like chlorinated pool water. Btw, all hot drinks and steamed foods have the same problem. Although the buffet food stalls are indoors they have FLIES all over the food!!! When I've asked the lady at the fruit station to cut a papaya for my baby she slapped a little fly on top of fruit, chopped it and threw on my plate. And that was a daily norm... Now on perceived "value for money" of HB, FB, AI: you're given just 3 CHEAPEST options from the menu and it is no cheaper than just ordering the same dishes a-la-cart. Buffet dinners: we've tried 5 of them probably and I must say that 3 out of 5 we really BAD. A separate note on Asian night: AVOID. I have tried every single dish and spit it (I kid you not). A-la-cart: my husband has special dietary needs and the daily 3 options included in our HB did not work for him. Only after having a "fight" with supposedly GM's assistant about many issues that we've found unacceptable we were offered other food options. They generally do not have a clue that there're people who don't eat shellfish, pork, dairy products, eggs or sugar - after having thousands of visitors every year!!! We felt that restaurant staff in Dinarobin was way better trained re service quality. Also, had to chase and negotiate booking our dinner every single day while hotel was at least 50% vacant. 3) There's just 1 swimming pool and it is not heated - not even the babies section - while it can get pretty cold in May-June. 4) The part of the beach in front of all the restaurants and swimming pool that is great for swimming is occupied with PAY-for water sports boats and jetskies. 5) Cleaning was bad - they didn't bother cleaning bathrooms from mold, washing the floors or outside terrace table. 6) Towels were super rough on touch, grey coloured and worn out to holes!!! The beach towels are left in your room so you need to carry them to the beach/pool yourself and you won't get a new one until the next day's cleaning. 7) Kids club - very poor. No proper climbing installations, slides, swings or see-saws. Did not see any developing/entertaining activities at least not in English. 8) The most annoying thing was that when I went to complain on day 3 after I just had enough of the above the receptionist refused to call a GM on my request!!! She said that their manager does not deal with customer complaints and offered me write them down in a book that she was keeping. So basically, you complain to the same people who are the cause for your complain!!! And now in 2016 instead of having a hotel manager taking customer comments into account to improve the service he's cancelled my reservation!!!. (We've booked again solely because of location - you can't beat it) Now you decide...
  • Wonderful location, great staff, poor quality standards in room and decor, management indifferent to customer care. Overall not good value for money.
  • Great environment..reali amazing
