Anse Trabaud, Sainte-Anne
(3.6/5 based on 85+ reviews on the web)
Visit and relax at Anse Trabaud, a nearly deserted beach on the Atlantic with a mix of rough and calm water. Inexperienced swimmers are discouraged from visiting without an expert--if you don't trust your in-the-water skills, try kayaking here instead. The area offers no tourist amenities, so bring your own supply of water, food, and other essentials. To access this isolated beach, visitors must pass through a private estate, where a per-car entry fee is charged. Put Anse Trabaud on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Sainte-Anne trip itinerary maker.

  • Namely, to get to this beach. A door blocks access from 4 pm and go nose 30 minutes on a muddy path and beated because no indication before taking this path. He must drive about 40 minutes hard a lot of holes, you pay € 2.50 for access to an owner who is unpleasant (he wants just cashed), parking. then walk through a mangrove with mud, slush, and bad smell... Finally the beach huge, beautiful, but what a disappointment the algae in the lagoon, several varieties, some are hurtiquantes.. difficult swimming, algae from the ankles up to the thighs... what a shame. Despite all this I bathed and stayed about 4 h. The sea behind the waves I took pleasure to admire this lagoon, and imagine with these coconut trees. The place is a dream only to the world but c is an obstacle course to get there l go as to return because 2 vehicles cannot cross... I don't think y returned because of these conditions. But as c is BEAUTIFUL

  • Cove which is worth a visit and the track 15. A sumptuous beach where there seems to be robinson crusoe. Alone in the world with a splendid view over the Atlantic. Beautiful water, waves but not dangerous (no surf). With peak Mo'Nique mandatory because nothing to buy whatever it is (think of water). It is in my opinion the best beach for his side wild (I did the tour of the island 3 times) and this beach is that I can't miss whenever I go. Nature, Sun, beach, waves and especially calm (sometimes 10 people for a range of more than 1 km). Do (predict a few euros for parking (I believe it is 2.5 euros for the day, there is a gentleman at the gate).) Good swimming at all, you're lucky if go you.

  • Approach via miles Holperstraße, fee for the last few metres (2.50) and more like a dirty beach. Clearly, you're almost alone, it's nice, but there's better.
