Anse Figuier, Riviere-Pilote
(4.5/5 based on 140+ reviews on the web)
The pristine white sands of Anse Figuier offer excellent conditions for snorkelling in crystal-clear waters. The shoreline is shallow for a fair distance, making this beach a good place to see how many vibrantly colored tropical fish you can observe. Or, lie back and let the salty water keep you effortlessly afloat as you unwind. A lot of work has gone into making this beach a viable tourist hotspot during recent years--you'll find free parking and well-maintained bathroom facilities. Watch for colonies of sea urchins in these shallow waters. Put Anse Figuier into our Riviere-Pilote travel itinerary maker and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • very pretty Cove, relatively large. In October, businesses (restaurant, bar) were preparing to open. Presence of the Ecomuseum of Martinique. Large car park. Well signposted.

  • A small friendly beach, the parking lot is bigger than this one, and there are actually a lot of people. However, even tight, this is nice. The water is clear and avoids the rocks under water, at the edge. The volutes of cannabis, remind us the charm of Martinique and our neighbours glued to our towels / sunset is beautiful, but if you manage to open the eyes swollen by many mosquito bites.
