  • The Museum offers both a permanent (in creole also) exhibit than a botanical garden in which are recorded hundreds of different banana. The history of the banana is very interesting, the€-banana is also explained. After the visit to the Museum and some tastings, travel through the area where are exposed to hundreds of species. To close the visit a store all around the banana (dried, ketchup, banana-garlic sauce - fantastic!) and a restaurant offering a menu around quality around the banana. OWL visit which leaves us a taste sweet!

  • Belle visited tracing the history of the banana. Many panels to read. Walking tour in the banana plantation, but the hurricane has damaged many feet of banana trees. Do between two showers!

  • The Museum explains the history of the banana. Culture, the benefit for health, different kinds, but also industry, transport... You can taste different kinds of bananas. The tour continues through a garden with all kinds of banana. Presence of a shop and a restaurant dedicated to banana

  • Great little museum and park. Spent about an hour or two here. Lot of great information about bananas and the industry and the ability to see many different varieties.
  • After a small museum with explains the plants, its history and export you get to taste different types of bananas and you go to a big park full of banana palms. In the park there are also Cocoa and coffee trees.
  • Here you can find interesting infos about Bananas. You will get infos about the fruit, where it comes from and what you can do with it. At the beginning you can also taste some of the bananas that are harvested nearby. Later you can go around the plantage to see many kinds of banana trees.
  • It could be replaced by a book: too much reading for a museum.
  • We were left to visit this museum but, on the road, we stopped on a banana farm and present workers have spoken us of their job and everything which turns banana goshawks for nearly an hour. At the Museum we had more interest to pay to hear the same thing. So we just do a little walk outside before returning. That said, the environment is nice.
