  • I recently took my students to see the restoration process and old manuscipts from the Knights period. We were all mesmerised. If you're a tourist and happen to be in Valletta, don't miss the National...  more »
  • You can enter in to present the identity card and get a visitors pass. In a very old building, in the reading room wall in old books. Seems to researchers in the people reading it is not, but those who was transcribing onto the cushion for the book. Location rather library for the general public and provides resources for research, and the like.

  • Eat on the square in February was really pleasant. In the Center stands the monument to Queen Victoria.

  • Amazing heritage place, it seems to go back hundreds years. Everything is history here
  • It is a library, and it is beautifully decaying and therefore worth a visit, if even for a few moments, particularly for those with an interest in WWII history. If you're a researcher though, it's not a very comfortable place to work, nor is it very quiet. But considering that it's pretty much the only library in town, and that it offers one a desk and free wifi, it's a good place to get some writing done.
  • The building is beautiful

  • Nice library of free admission. Above, you will find a small exhibition with old maps of the area of Valletta and some history about the area.
