  • Cements to history which was so hard fought over since 1530ish and should not be missed - you'll understand the Knights of Malta etc after.  more »
  • OK but not as good as the upper gardens though they are pleasant. More shrubbery than garden worth a visit..  more »
  • The garden is small, similar in structure to twin and more famous Upper Barrakka Gardens, located higher (for this one is called UPPER and the other LOWER). Even here, however, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Grand Harbour, with views of Fort St Elmo and the Siege Bell War Memorial (not visible from UPPER). This garden has a fountain, but with the addition of a charming small temple behind. Definitely more relaxing than the UPPER.

  • Great garden with great views. Has some interesting monuments, and lovely benches to wind down on. A recommended bar/bistro just at the entrance for refreshments.
  • I really like this place and i prefer it over the Upper Barrakka Garden, which is full of tourist. Since this garden is smaller and a bit far from the main touristic attractions, there aren't lot of tourists/visitors here. It's very quite, beautiful and with a nice view to Vittoriosa. Definitely worth to visit this garden.
  • Very nice and relaxed garden enjoyed time there. And they have toilets there
  • Enchanting, with breathtaking views of the sea and the harbor!! Don't miss the hanging vine flowers in the middle of the garden! They look almost carnivorous :)
  • A green spot in the capital of Malta where you can sit, contemplate and relax watching the beautiful seaviews.
