(3.6/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Located on the Northwestern coast in a secluded cove, Golden Sands Beach provides a place to take in the sun or go for a leisurely swim. The beach is accessible via car or public bus, and is ideal for both sunbathing and in-water activities. Walk along the cliffs for views of the turquoise water, or go for a swim in the warm sea, which is calm enough for all ages. Snorkel around the rocks for clear views of the local marine life. You'll be able to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. Take a horseback ride along the coast at the riding school nearby; note that you'll need to book this in advance. • A great place to swim. Calm, relaxing and amazing view from the top of the heel.Beach bar is right by the beach...
  • Busy but nice. Difficult to get public transport back as so busy ! Food avaliable and umbrellas. Shallow water suitable for kids.
