  • Very great experience for the whole family. First, we were disappointed because we have been told that it is too windy for the show. However a very informative tour was offered to us and the best, we were allowed to take a Hawk and two cute owls on the hand. They could even stroke and take pictures with them. I can recommend it to everyone!

  • If you are looking to do something different during your stay in Malta, look no further. This place is a great way to learn about birds of prey and have a good time. Doreen and her family were very ob...  more »

  • On the one hand, the place is small, and a bit difficult to find from the bus stop when coming from Valleta. We had to use Google maps to navigate the 10 minute walk. But- it is clean and well maintained and the admission price was reasonable. The owner is friendly and knows her stuff, she gave us a personal tour, told us about each bird. She didn't give a falconry exhibition due to the wind, gave a detailed explanation of why and how wind effects the birds. We were able to hold and pet some of the birds. Afterwards the receptionist ordered us a cab to the Hagr Quim temple, which was very reasonably priced. In short, it was worth the trip- but its not a full day activity. Plan it along with a trip to Mdina or Hagr Quim
  • Amazing place in rural countryside with large collections of falcons eagles owls etc. Often give educational tours for school groups. The falconers really treat their birds well.
  • Surprisingly large collection of raptors and a fun show that included the chance to let multiple birds land on your hand. Kids loved it.
  • Family owned bird zoo. You can find a great variety of prey birds and you can learn about them. Very unique place in Malta.
  • Second time I have been. I loved it so much I returned to have the experienced day. It was wonderful handling the birds and learning about their day to day care. Wonderful highly recommend, will return .
