Experience an underwater world without getting wet at Malta National Aquarium. The aquarium displays a range of marine species, from fish commonly found around Malta, to exotic creatures from distant oceans. All tanks are designed to recreate natural habitats, and the main tank has a walk-through tunnel that puts you face-to-face with sharks and rays. Kids can learn about marine ecosystems and have fun in the play area. The aquarium also features a restaurant and parking lot, and all the facilities are accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Every exhibit is very well presented and the tunnels through the larger tanks give a really good perspective. The café is large and the outside 'kiosk' is nice for drinks as well. One downside is that the aquarium is quite small, I don't think you could spend more than an hour there. There is also a lack of interactive exhibits. This, consequently, makes the entry price a little high for what you actually get

Nice attraction to visit in Malta. An ideal place for kids. There is also a bar restaurant for the family to have lunch or coffee with great view in front of the sea
Great experience, especially for kids. Also the restaurant has quite an atmosphere during the evening.
