  • We visit the cave regularly (being locals). It shows an amazing view of the ramla bay. There is a small parking next to it, and you will have to walk about 2 minutes to get to a small staircase in...  more »
  • Still blown away by the beauty of this place. Absolutely stunning views!💖👌🏽 It was a little tricky to find, but well worth it in the end.  more »
  • These islands are made of limestone, which has, over the years, lent itself to forming deep indents. These indents have in turn provided shelter for people looking to live on the islands. This...  more »

  • We attempted to get to it from the top. The road to the entrance was clearly marked with signs the whole way, but 200 meters from the end the road/driveway was marked "private". We elected to go down to the beach where we knew there was also a trail to the cave. When we got to the trail at the beach it was also marked "private". No idea who owns the land but it appears to either be "closed" or potentially actually closed. Too bad.
  • Beautiful view. Very sweet lady is there selling fresh drinks and snacks. Well done
  • If you hike along the beach and up the path to this cave, it's quiet the (challenging) treak (Especially in Flip-Flops!) Once you get to the cave, the view of the beach and the sea is great, and there are some stairs that take you to the rock above the cave for better views. If you drive to the cave, this stairway can be very easy to miss, and is just behind the large white property on the left!
  • This is definitely worth a visit while you're in Gozo. The cave is quite a hike uphill. We decided to walk it but a few taxis drove past us while we were walking to drop people off at the top. If you do decide to walk make sure you are well prepared for a steep cliff and wear some shoes with decent soles as some of the path is quite rocky. The road up to the cave takes you through some farmland and it is lovely and peaceful. During our walk up we only saw one tractor, a farmer and two taxis! Even though this place is known of, it doesn't seem to be a popular tourist attraction. It is well off the beaten track and there are no facilities on the way to it or when you get there. It's lovely that such a beautiful spot is so unspoiled. When get near to the cave you will come to a couple of signs that say Do not enter/Private. Walk past these and you will come to an old house. It looked derelict as if no one is living there now (could be wrong!). Walk a little past the house and look for a set of white rock steps that will take you down to the cave. If you are walking more away from the cliff edge the steps aren't immediately apparent - we missed them when we first arrived and couldn't work out how to get to the cave for ages! Take care going down the steps as they are a bit slippy in places. Once you've made it to the bottom you wont be disappointed. The views are spectacular!
  • Needs to be taken care of and treated with respect spectacular view
