  • Business stopover during a series of lectures on the field with the University of Malta. The visitor center is located in one of the buildings that housed a military detachment English. The reception centre is very well kept and friendly with a number of educational panels, an exhibition of rocks and Biologicals and a space dedicated to the screening of a video (well done!) that shows the characteristic nature of the site. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. And they do a very good Italian coffee with our Mocha! Unfortunately the area around the reception centre, while potentially very nice still shows a number of potentially very interesting military detachment structures all dilapidated but not exploited even to illustrate their ancient function. Beautiful Pier psecialmente trails those who bring along the coasts (but not necessarily salesia!). The scenery is very nice, hard, but marred by the sight of a large hotel that insists just outside the boundaries of the Park ... but Malta is an island in three decades, since I know you're sacrificing all its history and its nature to mass tourism. I hope that if l acavino because he's a fantastic archipelago!
