  • It is one of the most scenic spots on the island with high cliffs that plunge into the sea, very characteristic the Church behind which feels a little less wind around here is always very intense

  • Great place to see the sunset. There's a bus stop right at the cliffs. Lots of benches setup right on the edge of the cliffs to relax and enjoy the view.
  • The highest cliffs on the South of Europe can be seen from the Windows of the bus in the relationship of Valletta is Mdina-Dingli-Siggiewi-Blue Grotto-Valletta (in both directions). However, especially in spring, this about 2-km stretch of the coast go well along on foot, although the cliff we admired only from the top and only of the few vantage points. The bus you should get off the bus in the area of the radar ball lined white cupola and point to the East. Crossing over the cliff should be only a fragment of the long półdniowej tours, beautiful scenic on subsequent steps. In the place where the highway departs from the coast by far to the left (almost at right angles) trail (unmarked!) turns to the right on a small promontory (viewpoint), and then sharply left, down and then runs clear already by halfway up a cliff, whose upper part moves away from the shoreline. Hiking all the time parallel to the shoreline by dirt road, and then along the road, you can reach even to the megalithic temples (Hagar Quim and Mnajdra), which is widely considered to be a visit for "duty" (in the region reach buses), but it's better to go to the Hill of the cross, which is a small chapel. After about an hour's journey along the coast, turn left, in the second an asphalt road (the first runs up the Hill of Gebel Cantar (236 m above sea level). When you reach after about 30 min. statues of Christ and the Angel of the calyx, standing on the right side you should turn left again, up the Hill, on top of the cross (219 m above sea level). There is a wonderful panorama all over the island, the most extensive of all due to the central location of this outstanding vantage point. Hence, the narrow asphalt road and the newly built Road will bring us down to the road and bus stops.
