  • The life of Malta during the last war, is perhaps not what foreign tourists come to see in Malta. But here, it's well documented and very well presented.

  • Some of the display panels are a bit detailed and I didn't really feel the audio guide added much, but it is really very interesting. The air raid shelter is quite something.
  • The Museum is interesting even if it gives some sense of claustrophobia because in a small space are concentrated many objects and many shop Windows. There's a good interactive audio guide. It is very nice in the video projected in cinema with the voice of Sir Olivier. The dungeons are interesting with shelters

  • A nice simple layout with lots to see and hear. The museum illustrates a summary of much of what happened during WW2 in Malta very well.
  • A truly wonderful museum with such interesting items on show, l could spend a week studying the exhibits. It made me realise and appreciate the hardship the people of Malta suffered, it was brought home to me very vividly when you saw exhibited the amount of food given for a month, which we would have consumed at one meal.
  • Great exhibition on WWII bombing of Malta, with good amount of memorabilia on display, a short film, and a section to walk in the war bunkers. Price €10. Audioguide free.
  • When going round this follow the arrows on the ground they will lead u 2 each room once in each room go round the room in order or like i did for a bit of the time got lost on what was happening and i all most mist the george cross
  • There are many great places. You can air-raid shelter, wearing a helmet, go. Like the humid where I lived so far away, and I think will be hard, but know about the war there, setting (Japan). I thought it is worth a visit!
