Eco Dive Club, Maafushi Island

I really enjoyed and loved diving with this amazing diving center. I did 10 fun dives, every dive was a great experience for me (I had already +900 dives in my log-book). During my dives, I have seen wonderful fishes (Sharks, Eagle Rays, Tuna, Turtles, Manta, schools of different fishes, big Groupers and many other beautiful things). Much love to Coco & Nehal, they are very professional & friendly, I loved diving with them. These guys are really moving smoothly in the strong oceanic current like sharks.

There are many dive shops to choose from on Maafushi, but I highly recommend just heading straight for Eco Dive Club. Every staff member was super helpful in answering questions beforehand. The dive equipment and boat was excellent and most importantly our dive instructor Nihaal was an absolute legend. He actually took the time to refresh some dive skills with us before heading down for our first dive and he gave thorough instructions/info prior to each dive site. Absolute brilliant day seeing a nudi branch, loads of grey reef sharks, eagle rays, trigger fish, huge dog tooth tuna etc.. All staff seems to truly care about sustainable practices and to top it off, the dives were at the cheapest price I've encountered in the Maldives (USD50 per dive, all equipment included, low season). We had a really great diving experience. The guys were really helpful with everything. We are both novice divers and we felt really comfortable under their guiding. And they also took pictures and made videos under water for free. It was for sure our best diving experience on the maldives.

READ IT FIRST BEFORE making your decision on what diving center you are going to pick. I researched diving shops on Maafushi and this one had the best ratings and reviews, and now I know why.. First of all, communication via Google Business messaging app was swift and straightforward. I received an answer to my inquiry within a minute. Also, they are probably one of the safest guys ever. They treat each diver( new and experienced) with respect, pay a lot of attention to one"a needs and abilities and follow safety guidelines always, and go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Whether you are looking for an introductory scuba dive( which some people took with them and felt beyond happy and instantly hooked on scuba) or you are an experienced diver, you will be so pleased with this excellent crew, so you will want to come back to them. I am so happy that I chose Eco Dive Club. Because of them I want to come back to Maldives to dive again.
