Arena Dive Club, Maafushi Island

Five stars is not enough to describe how amazing an experience you can get with these guys. As a new diver who very recently finished an open water course and had only one dive before coming to Maafushi, I was extremely overwhelmed and happy with my progress. In 4 days I did 7 dives with great support of Stephania and Roberto. All team is super relaxed, friendly, funny and they connect with you like you are one family. All the instructors and their crew are such wonderful people. You will have so much fun with them and feel absolutely safe and relaxed. Guys thank you very much !!!

Good experience with this dive club. I did the assisted scuba dive (70$) where the instructor comes with you to a depth of 5 to 10 meters. The instructor checks with you constantly before taking you deeper. They take you to Biyadhoo which has a decent reef and you'll get to see lots of interesting fish. Some in my group got lucky and saw a turtle and several small eels as well.

I decided to do my Open Water course when arrived at Maafushi. I think I could not choose a better diving center (and a diving place) to do this. My experience with the Arena Dive Club was great - atmosphere, team, my instructor Federico, equipment, dives, boat, trips, everything. If you are looking to try scuba diving or finish a course to become a non-professional diver, I would definitely recommend you this diving club :)
