  • I stayed at a guesthouse opposite this Central Market. And I walked across to visit the market on few occasions at different times of the day. The first thing that attracted me was the live gorgeous c...  more »
  • 听说这是全马来西亚最大的菜市场,想要知道诗巫人平时都吃些什么东西,可以来这里绕一绕,对了,这里还有出名的“纸包鸡”,有兴趣的人记得来走一走~
  • A very large market in Sibu. Find anything here. From local fruit to vegetable. December is a Dabai and King of fruit season (Durian).

  • The largest market in Sarawak by combining the former wet market and the native Lembangan market. Iban ladies selling exotic fruits, jungle produce and handicrafts, and the Chinese poultry sellers who offer their live chickens and ducks neatly wrapped up in tubes fashioned from old newspapers. However, after visited the market in 2013. I don't think it's an attractive place to visit. The market is seriously poor maintained and dirty! Most of the food stall on upper floor is close and not much selections. When they know we're not local, they will try to upscale things.
  • A large local produce market at the ground floor with food stalls in the upper floor. Worth a visit, if you like to see such things. For a market, it's reasonably clean.
  • The largest market in Malaysia. So what do u expect? Complete list of stall and restaurant are available here. Got bumiputeras market in the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). UTC are located here too. There is a badminton court and steamboat restaurant at the top of the parking lot in the market.
  • The largest indoor market in Sarawak. Selling a variety of local products. It is a must go location for visitors. Several murals can also be found inside the Sibu Central Market for you to take photos with. This market also provides entrance to UTC on the 3rd and 4th floor.
  • UTC at 4th & 5th floor
