  • I came here to enjoy almost half a day with my friends. Being someone afraid of heights, I decided to give the high obstacles course a try, however I chickened out, one of the crew decided to let me c...  more »
  • This is one of the best shopping malls anywhere in the world. It is cool, plenty of choice from the budget to the OMG. Indoor skating rink, amusement park, loads of food choice - budget prices.  more »

  • Friendly staff Clean environment Looks fun n it is fun for most kids. However, not all activities can be played if you are not 1.55 m tall.. n that was a disappointment. Cos for the amt we paid, we were only able to play a few of them. We only stayed an hour. I uploaded the minimum requirement for all to see. So you can see if it's worth it or not.
  • Me and my family enjoyed visiting District 21, but there were some things that would not allow me to give you five stars. Firstly, the maze was not completely open. It had only one way and no intersections or changes. Secondly, the high-rope obstacle was terrible. The person in charge was very bad in explaining and wasted 45 minutes. Then, everybody got stuck at each platform while the instructors were lying down. The high-rope obstacle was not fun, although I usually enjoy such activities. After the high-rope course we had to do the freefall, which was not like what I had expected. I had previously seen a video where during the freefall a person drops and bounces off a trampoline. However, during the freefall there was no trampoline and we were quickly slowed down, which was completely different from what I had seen in the video about District 21. I loved the power station. However, at 7.30 itself, all the staff started playing football. I also wanted another go at the power station but the staff seemed unwilling to entertain us although the park is supposed to be open. I would love to visit this place again and hopefully have a better experience.
  • Overall had a good time however will not recommend people to go nor visit again unless changes are made: 1) Hygiene: helmets stink so bad I nearly vomited. 5 mins in the helmet the smell lingered around me for 30 mins. If they are not going to clean or disinfect them, atleast replace them. 2) Briefing: for free fall, I would expect to land on cushion or suspended mid-air therefore was not prepared to stand. Instead I landed on my foot and nearly sprained my ankle, fell back and my back still hurts now. When I brought up to the staff that they should warn ppl that they need to land on their feet n prepare to stand - she replied "haha, surprise~" 3) Service and attitude: for power station we had to queue for 30 minutes to enter, just because of their procedure to let people in by group of 11 instead of allowing people to come and go freely. We were given 10 mins for rock climbing and any climbing activity, and 5 mins for the slide. 10 mins for rock climbing, seriously? Everyone ran like mad, rushing to climb. After 10 mins, no one is allowed to continue even when we can't go to the next station because we need to wait for our turn - not acceptable in my opinion to be chased around when we are paying customer. It's a very terrible experience. 4) Staff attitude: so terrible I need to say it twice. Most staffs were helpful and friendly except for few that spoiled the whole lot. One well-built good looking young staff made fun of a boys aged 9-10 for not being able to complete the challenge. Chuckled, and rolled his eye. The worst role model and bully. Overall everyone looked relaxed and bored of their routine work. It was very unprofessional. Price was reasonable after discount from using HSBC card was applied. They could have done it much better if they really focused on their customers experience. It was fun, but still disappointing.
  • The free fall staff was taking advantage with the girls, but overall..the place was fun
  • Good place to bring kids and big Kids. I like it the that have low elements even for little kids
