(600+ reviews on the web)
Zoo / Aquarium
Meet some of Southeast Asia's most famous creatures at Lok Kawi Wildlife Park. Opened in 2007, the park focuses on both the zoological and the botanical, divided into separate areas. In the zoo, see the endangered proboscis monkeys with their huge snouts and pot-bellies--a native species found only on the island. In the botanical area, follow the 1.4 km (0.9 mi) paved jungle trail, walking through arrangements of flowering vines and surrounded by towering lime trees. • 相信以前風光一時。 現時有種破落的感覺, 大部動物都有不錯的生活環境。 合適一家人去半天遊。 在市區去大約半小時。(自駕)  more »
  • I went because I had heard by word of mouth for various animal shows and. Really awesome! The staff of controllers with pre-European times laughing from beginning to end, in the negotiation of the audience. I think you would enjoy in the atmosphere without knowing English, but more fun! Finally did take snakes with pictures. Walking inside the Park well Zhou is more of area so guests can enjoy relaxing in the morning alone. Wanted to go too the botanical garden had more time!.

  • Price is a member of six or seven thousand South Korean money, adult standards, and had a good experience on natural positioning. Barrier-free, easy-to-use wheelchair accompanied by family, close to a variety of birds and animals can be seen. Toilets and simple as an eatery selling drinking water. Located 15-20 minutes from the airport, and new countryside along the way. The Zoo is not as big, if not much can look an hour, 40 minutes is sufficient for using the trap is suitable.

  • It's a pretty well laid out zoo, and for only RM10 entry (20 for Foreigners), it's great value for money. It is clean, well thought out, and wasn't too crowded even on a Sunday. We got there at 1.30pm which was perfect to saunter around for a bit before following the light feeding times of the sun bears, Tiger, otters and gibbons, and then proboscis monkeys. Feeding starts at 2pm and they are all one after the other. There is a very small but entertaining show at 3:15 at the amphitheater. I would highly recommend this place if you have kids, and even if you don't and have a few hours to kill and want to see some animals, this is a good place to do it at.
  • Some amazing animals to see. Definitely a zoo though, not a wildlife park. Knowledgeable staff, definitely get there for feeding time for a great show (starts at 2pm, but times may change). If you can't make feeding time I'd give it 3 stars.
  • It truly was great and good places to tell the kids how important the wildlife in a good environment.
  • Good 1st experience for kids. Shows are not punctual. So typical of Malaysians 😅 Needs more proper directory and signage. Sad to see small pets like guinea pigs and rabbits are not well taken of. Lack of petting zoo.
  • Entry fee per pax is RM10. With the price you pay, with what you get. RM10, totally can;t expect much. The zoo consist of various animal but not kinda interactive. Some of the animal is cooped in poor condition. Nothing much excited.
