  • This free attraction requires a hike up to the top of the falls, which is worth it. Be careful when wet as can be dangerous. Enjoy the nature along the way - some rest stops along the way.  more »

  • Highly recommend to come on a weekday to enjoy a quite hike. You can dip in the clear cold water after the hike. If you're traveling with families there are areas for grilling and small huts. The stairs are a bit steep so make sure you bring water and can rest at the huts. Be careful though with monkeys they might get your gadgets or food. If you want to simply enjoy nature or meditate this is a must visit in Langkawi.
  • Worth the hike. Nice clean water and not crowded. Make sure to take some drinking water or hydration pack along and wear hiking shoes. The stairs can be slippery during wet season so be extra cautious. If all goes well with the walk through the jungle the falls on the top of the mountain are amazing.
  • It is a must watch waterfall in Langkawi. Situated close to the mangrove boating location, both can even be clubbed if there is a lack of time.
  • Nice place to revitalize and rejuvenate after a hectic travel......Chill natural water which flows through the wild jungle and land on your shoulders....can be a good "Water Massage" if you can take the impact.....Whoo....really nice.
  • Lovely place, perfect family experience as easy accessible, price worthy, interesting natural relaxing cascade with some natural pools.

Where to stay in Langkawi

Langkawi Island offers by far the greatest number of accommodation options out of all 104 isles in the archipelago. Look for affordable and comfortable rooms in Kuah and the southwestern peninsula, where inexpensive hotels, hostels, and rental apartments draw many budget visitors. For a luxury experience, head to the surrounding islands, where private resorts charge high prices for more amenities and larger rooms.
